Hate your job? Long hours, inadequate pay, poor incentives and a boss you truly want to kill? You would send out a resume but slaves seeking a better life ran away and the corresponding 'reward' poster was in essence a resume that listed their skills and value to future 'employers'.

Posed to emulate the two cherubs seen in the larger painting by Raphael titled The Sistine Madonna, these brothers display an expressionless air of contemplation, concerning what was lost or stolen, or perhaps, it is a dawning realization of what will be and what they will encounter in the strange new land.

A gallery owner once invited me to exhibit but forbade any 'nudes' which he felt were pornographic. That started me to thinking about how things are perceived in society, which led to this silkscreen. White women breasts are seen as pornography but third world breasts can be seen on National Geographic and sculpted breasts in public spaces.
